SPACER-K – Tecres knee spacers are similar to a knee prosthesis made in PMMA loaded with antibiotic and consists of two independent elements, one tibial and one femoral. They are indicated to replace temporarily a knee prosthesis in case of a two-stage septic revision procedure.

Spacer-K consists of two independent elements, one tibial and one femoral. The tibial component has a flat base upon which the femoral component articulates. The roto-traslational movement between femur and tibia is allowed during the flexo-extension movement. Both the components are fixed to the bone with bone cement (that can be also antibiotic loaded). Available in three sizes.
